![]() So the truck was over 300 miles away and not sure how it ended up on the local list. ![]() So many trucks were 10, 12, 15 thousand or more and saw this one at $5400 and couldn't help but to contact the seller. So many were telling me the 7.3 was like a million mile engine and easy to work on and the like and seemed like a great choice to me. ![]() Needed a new truck to haul dirt (do it for free to help a friend) and my f250 with 332000 miles with a Triton gas engine was having problems here and there and I searched the local Craigslist for a truck. In the end, found out his thing was buying insurance totaled trucks and building Frankenstein trucks from the parts. Found this site while researching a solution for my f350 not starting.īought this truck in like September from some guy in Tennessee named Chris Hatley who supposedly is like a service writer type for Cummins Diesel but his 7.3 truck business is in Ohio and he had some guy named Austin working for him. Spect most don't read the intro post stuff so I will say I have been working on vehicles a long time, but not diesels.
